RAC is proud to now start offering Cequin™ PMMA, available in both monochromatic shade and multilayered PMMA dental discs. The Cequin™ PMMA multilayer is an ultra-aesthetic temporary material that combines 10 plus layers of colors into one disc, giving the restoration the most natural look possible. The top of the gradient disc is lighter and very translucent (incisal) and gradually shades down to the bottom that is darker (cervical).

Cequin™ PMMA discs are uniquely designed for strength and aesthetics. For use in long-term provisional crowns and bridges of any span, fully anatomical or reduced, in the anterior or posterior, with up to two pontics as well as bite splints with dental CAD/CAM milling systems.

Available in 98.5 mm diameter in 20 mm and 25mm thickness in the following 6 shades: A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, BL2 at a very competitive price point.

RAC’s toughened diamond discs and saws are engineered with precision to provide heightened stability, optimal chip removal and manufactured to always produce perfect straight cuts.  Use RAC diamond discs and saws to positively impact your practice and/or laboratory, when time and quality are critical components to the success of your organization. The recommended working speed is 10,000 to 20,000 RPM.

For machining Lithium Di-Silicate glass and porcelain composites, RAC is proud to offer Krysite™ grinding burs with an advanced abrasive diamond grit in different grain sizes applied by a unique electroplating process.  The adhesion of the diamond grit size plays a crucial role in avoiding micro-cracks and reducing the sensitivity to thermal problems.  The plating process, which bonds the diamonds to the bur’s shank, is critical for performance.  The uniformity of the diamond surface ensures the proper characterization to enhance the abrasion and failure resistance for long endurance run times.   The result is: RAC’s Krysite™ diamond plated grinding tools provide the maximum tool life while producing accurate grinding results and at the best possible price-performance ratio.

Our Non-coated bur tools are a solution specialized for material-specific machining applications where performance is key.

Uncoated, well-priced standard quality milling burs for all soft dental milling materials.

At RAC, we have developed a new composite Chromium Nitride coating treatment (Sabrenite™ technology) for our burs used in milling PMMA/PEEK materials.

Sabrenite is an excellent coating that provides lubricity and superior wear and corrosion resistance. Our Sabrenite technology has a very low residual stress, which provides for the best adhesion and ductility. High hardness, low coefficient of friction and the low residual stress of Sabrenite combine to resist abrasive and excessive wearing when machining PMMA/PEEK materials. RAC’s Sabrenite is an extremely hard, inert, thin film coating that is applied to offer greater temperature resistance when milling PMMA/PEEK materials.

"Designed Stronger to Mill Zirconia Longer"

TALONITE® CAD CAM Milling Burs are specifically engineered to meet the demands of today's digital milling processes for Zirconia. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Diamond Coating ensures increased bur life. In addition, the cutting efficiency, cutting speeds, and the workpiece quality are significantly improved. TALONITE® TECH is the preferred choice for dental lab milling burs offering the very best quality, price, and service - directly to your lab!

RAC Corporation initiated testing to be done on the CVD Diamond Coating of the Talonite® CAD CAM Milling Burs. This variable was examined against OEM and the top 2 burs on the market sold by Competitors A & B.

From the results shown above, the specific CVD Diamond Coating process by RAC Corporation yields the purest diamond coating of milling tools available on the market.
